I cannot thank you enough for the gift of your reviews and emails that put a lump in my throat of the happiest kind. Thank you for sharing what this book has meant to you.
This gratitude is something that I can scarcely put into words – but Charlie is sweeping his hat from his head, and giving you all the deepest, most heartfelt bow. He’s smiling that charming smile and his cheeks are still rosy from the delight of you. Ella’s eyes are filled with tears for the happiness of it all. For the beautiful way in which you all have embraced this man.
Dr. Penske threw him out of his hospital.
And you all pulled him into your hearts.
I can’t think of a better way to mark the end of a most magical week than by sharing the words that Charlie holds so dearly. Sung by my sweet friend, Nessa, I hope it’s a blessing to you as you have been to me!
I love the song!! It was truly a beautiful rendition.

Aw, Sandy, that means so much! You all have been the church to me – just such a powerful testimony of hurting with those who hurt and walking with these characters. Blessed beyond words by that.

I finished your amazing book at about midnight last night. Then I couldn’t go to sleep for thinking about this precious story of Charlie and Ella. Wow! The impact the story has. I loved it. I’ll be leaving a review today. I just have to form the words somehow to adequately say how much I loved it.
