Thanks for the spotlight! I really enjoy folk music too! My brother is a Music Minister back home in Kentucky so he is always introducing me to knew faces and talents in the realm of music! I will have to tell him about Flood Waters!! 🙂

I love how music can bring you into a scene…a feeling, an emotion and setting even. Think of your favorite mix tape (CD?) from high school… instantly, you’re THERE.

I can almost imagine a group of friends, sitting together on a windswept evening as the pines sing their melody in the background. This is a beautiful song. Thank you for sharing an artist worthy of the mountains…
