I’m with you, Joanne, in that I’m more fond of baking, although I do enjoy cooking too, especially making soup in the winter. (Besides, soup needs cornbread or muffins, etc., to go with it, right?)
I still think it’s funny that I read about square biscuits twice in one day! 🙂

Hi Kathleen! It’s so much fun having you visit me here! I still remember when we got to sit together at the Christy Awards. 🙂 I’m just thrilled that you’ll be putting that jar to good use! Especially in time for Thanksgiving. You know…I wish I had a favorite bread recipe and I’ve worked with several that I liked, but I never make sourdough bread very often, though I wish I did. Well thanks Judy! Isn’t baking such fun? I confess that I like it way more than cooking. 😉 Oh, I’m so glad to hear about the square biscuits! I just did it one day because I didn’t have any kind of cutter that was working. And yes… so true. You don’t have to re-roll the dough which really does help!
